What if I forgot my Username or Password?
Use the Forgot Username or Password links on the Sign-in page.
Username
- On the home screen, select Username.
- Enter your First name.
- Enter Last name.
- Enter Email address in your Profile.
- Enter access code.
- Select Continue.
On the following screen, you will need to answer your security questions.
Password
- On the home screen, select Password.
- Enter your Username.
- Enter Email address in your Profile.
- Enter access code.
- Select Continue.
On the following screen, you will need to answer your security questions.
NOTE: Your MyPhillyWaterBill account will be locked after three consecutive unsuccessful login attempts.
