How do I turn paperless billing on or off?
Paperless is controlled through your Account profile. On the home page, within the Summary section, you can quickly see whether or not you have paperless billing turned on or off in the preference section at the bottom.
To turn the paperless billing preference on or off, click the status from the home page. You will be brought to the Account Detail page. From here you can toggle the feature on or off. Click Save when finished.
