How do I Add or Remove Billing Accounts?
The billing accounts that you view and pay are managed within your account profile. Navigate to your account profile and click Accounts under the My Profile section. The Accounts page will provide a list of billing accounts under your profile.
Adding an account:
- Click the Add Account button
- Enter the new account number along with a nickname
- Toggle your choice for Paperless Billing (optional)
- Toggle your choice for AutoPay (optional)
- Click Add when finished.
Removing an account:
- Click on the account you wish to remove from the list.
- Click the Remove from My Account
Please Note: you must have at least one account to maintain an active profile.
