Pay by Phone

We offer our customers the ability to pay over the phone using our automated service or speaking with a live customer service rep.

  • Under Billing and Payment click Pay by credit, debit or bank followed by or pay by phone at the bottom of the next page.
  • You will be shown two numbers, one for the automated service the other for a live CSR.

Please Note: The automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is the recommended option when paying over the phone.  Due to call demands there can be a waiting period if choosing to speak with a live CSR.
