How do I edit or stop my AutoPay?

After signing in you will be brought to the home page. Located at the bottom of the Summary section you will find some account preferences. Here you will see if AutoPay is currently active. If it is currently active and you wish to deactivate or edit it click AutoPay. 

You can also access AutoPay from the main menu. You will be provided with a list of the active and deleted AutoPay programs. To edit an active AutoPay click the item in the table.

From the Edit AutoPay page, you can now edit or delete your AutoPay:

  • Edit the method you like to pay with
  • Edit the payment instructions for the full bill amount to a max of $ (if required)

Click Save when finished.  

To delete and stop an AutoPay, click the Delete your AutoPay button at the bottom. Once you delete AutoPay you cannot reactivate it. You will need to configure a new program.

Note: Any changes made to your existing AutoPay will not take effect until the following business day and will not affect current bills.
