When will my payment be processed?
Payments will be processed within 2 business days after it is scheduled. Please schedule your payment in advance of the due date to allow sufficient time for processing.
Payments made on a holiday will begin processing the following business day. For a list of holidays observed by the US Federal Reserve, see below.

How can I confirm if my payment has been processed?
The easiest way to see if a payment has been processed is to check the payment status from Payment History. Select Payment History from the left hand menu under Payment Options. You will be presented with a list of historical payments in chronological order starting from most recent at the top. You can also reverse the chronological order by clicking the Payment Date column heading
You are able to narrow the list by using the search filters of account number, payment source, and payment status.
If the payment was made quite recently, you may also find it on the home page under the Billing and Payment History table.
