How Do I Reset or Change My Password?

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your Password?" on the KUBRA EZ-PAY sign-in page. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account to receive an email with instructions to reset your password. 

If you can sign into your account but would like to change your password, click “Your Profile” in the top right and update your password under the "Change Your Password" section. Please note you will be required to enter your current password to create a new one.
