What Are Smart Reminders?

KUBRA EZ-PAY Smart Reminder can notify you of an upcoming bill and includes the functionality to process a quick payment from the notification. This tool is available to KUBRA EZ-PAY users and can be enabled for specific billers under the "My Billers" page. Once enabled, KUBRA EZ-PAY will deliver a reminder by email or text message when your bill is available. Smart Reminders can be disabled at any time from the "My Billers" page.

Text Smart Reminders

When you enable Smart Reminders by text, KUBRA EZ-PAY will send a text message including the biller name, the amount due, and the due date. To quickly make the payment, respond to the text with the unique payment code provided in the notification and KUBRA EZ-PAY will process your payment.

Email Smart Reminders 

When you enable Smart Reminders by email, KUBRA EZ-PAY will send an email containing the biller name, the amount due, the due date, and a link that guides you to a payment summary page for review. Select your payment method and click "Pay" to process your bill payment.
