KUBRA EZ-PAY Help

PayByText is a feature that provides the option to pay your bill through text message. After activating this feature, you will be sent a text notification when a new bill is due. You can easily respond to the message to make a payment using the payment method included during activation.

Please note: 

• PayByText may not be available for your account.
• PayByText can be cancelled at any time.
• Text message rates may apply based on your phone service provider.

Only after you make a successful one-time payment will you be given the option to activate PayByText. The method of payment used with PayByText will be the method used to make the successful payment.

To activate PayByText, follow these steps:

1. After completing your next payment, click Activate PayByText Now! 
2. Enter or confirm the mobile number you will use to make future PayByText payments.
3. Click Validate.
4. Enter the verification code you will receive as a text message.
5. Review that your account information is correct.
6. Agree to the KUBRA EZ-PAY Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
7. Click Activate.

Once you have activated PayByText for your account, you will receive a text notification before your next payment is due. To make the payment, reply to the text notification according to the instructions within the message. You will receive a confirmation text message if your payment is successful.

To deactivate PayByText, follow these steps:

1. After looking up your account, click PayByText Details under Account Details.
2. Click Cancel.
