KUBRA EZ-PAY Help

AutoPay is a feature that automatically schedules and deducts monthly payments from your payment method on or before the payment due date (as specified by you). AutoPay offers convenience and reliability; it is the easiest way to make payments on time and avoid late fees.

After activating this feature, all future bills will be automatically paid up to the dollar limit you set. 

Please note: 

• AutoPay may not be available for your account.
• AutoPay can be cancelled at any time.

Only after you make a successful one-time payment will you be given the option to activate AutoPay. The method of payment used with AutoPay will be the method used to make the successful payment.

To activate AutoPay, follow these steps:

1. After completing your next payment, click Activate AutoPay! 
2. Select when the automatic payments will be made in relation to the payment due date.
3. Input the maximum payment amount to avoid any unwanted charges.
4. Review your account information for accuracy.
5. Agree to the KUBRA EZ-PAY Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
6. Click Activate.

To deactivate AutoPay, follow these steps:

1. After looking up your account, click AutoPay Details under Account Details.
2. Click Cancel.
