How Do I Add or Remove Billing Accounts?

Billing accounts that you can view and pay are managed in your account profile.

  • Navigate to your profile by clicking your username in the top right of the screen and selecting My Profile. 

  • Click Account Preferences under Info & Preferences

Adding an Account
  1. Click Add Account.
  2. Enter the new account number along with the required validation info.
  3. Enter a nickname.
  4. Toggle your choice for paperless billing (optional).
  5. Click Add when finished.
Removing an Account
  1. Click on the account you wish to remove from the list.
  2. Click Remove.
Please note: You must have at least one account to maintain an active profile.
