How Do I Manage My Notifications?

To manage your notifications, follow these steps: 

  • Navigate to your profile by clicking your username in the top right of the screen and selecting My Profile.

  • Click Notifications under Info & Preferences
  • If you have multiple contacts set up with your account, select the contact whose notifications you wish to update.
  • Toggle the notifications on or off as you see fit.

​You may have the option to receive notifications by email, text, and voice; however, not all notifications have or need this functionality. For example, some notifications may only be available via email or text and not voice. In this case, the voice option would not be shown or available.

Some notifications have additional configuration options. To view and change these configurations, click Configure beside the respective notification.

Please note: If you see the option available but it is disabled (grayed out), that means you may not have that notification channel activated or configured in your profile. For example, if you see the option to activate a text notification but the toggle is not responding and is grayed out, you may not have a text number configured in your profile.
