How Do I Manage My Profile Contacts?
To configure your profile contacts, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your account profile by clicking your username in the top right of the screen and selecting My Profile.
- Click Profile Contacts under Info & Preferences.
- Click + under Text to add a mobile number you would like to receive text notifications to. You will be texted a validation code that must be entered before your mobile number can be properly configured.
- Click + under Voice to add a phone number you would like to receive voice notifications to.
Please note: The primary contact's email address can only be changed from Personal Info.
If more than one person should be receiving your account notifications, you have to add profile contacts:
- Click Add Contact.
- Add the individual's contact information.
