How Do I Activate Paperless Billing?

Paperless billing is managed in your account profile:

  • Navigate to your profile by clicking your username in the top right of the screen and selecting My Profile.
  • Click Account Preferences under Info & Preferences.
  • Toggle the feature under the Paperless column and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Click Save when finished.

To set all of your accounts to the same paperless billing preference, follow these steps:

  • Click To turn Paperless Billing on for all my accounts at the bottom of the page.
  • Toggle the feature to your preference and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Click Save when finished.
Alternatively, you can quickly see whether you have paperless billing turned on or off under Billing Services at the bottom of your Dashboard. Clicking the link will bring you to Account Preferences.
