What Are Notifications?
Notifications are automated communications sent by the system that are triggered by specific events, such as when your bill is due or when a payment is received.
Once signed in to My Account, you can manage notifications from My Profile > Info & Preferences > Notifications. From there, you can turn notifications on and off; specify the delivery method, such as email, text, or voice; and set triggers.
Please note: Not all notifications have the same configuration options.
