How Do I Activate Paperless Billing?
Paperless billing is managed in your account profile:
- Once signed in to My Account, you can manage your paperless billing preference from My Profile > Info & Preferences > Notifications. From there, you can turn notifications on and off.
- Toggle the ebill Notification on or off as you see fit.
- Click Save when finished.
Alternatively, you can quickly see whether you have paperless billing turned on or off under Billing Services at the bottom of your Dashboard. Clicking the link will bring you to Notifications.
