How to use the Advanced Date Search
The advanced date search feature improves the speed at which iDoxs can return your search results by specifically targeting a date range and also separating archived data vs current data.
Current Data - refers to current that hasn't been archived. This could be the last 6,12, 24, or 36 months depending on the company
Archived Data - refers to the data beyond the Current data period. The data is archived by year.
Using the Date Search
Start by selecting the From Date. The From Date will then determine what options are available from the To Date field.
If you select a From Date within the Current Data date range (specific to each biller), the To Date field will be limited to a date from the current data date range as well.
If you select a From Date within a year that has already been archived (data outside of the Current Data), the ToDate will be limited to that same year.
