How do I add an EFT Subscriber?

EFT stands for Electronic Funds Transfer. An EFT Subscriber differs significantly from a VBS Subscriber. These customers are not e-billing customers. They do not log into the e-bill site to view or pay e-bills. The EFT service is an enterprise-controlled recurring payment plan and is an optional feature. Customers provide a credit card or bank account and are billed on a recurring basis without having to manually make a payment.

To add a new EFT Subscriber, access the Subscriber Manager through the main navigation bar.

1. Click the Add EFT Subscriber link.
2. Enter the subscriber’s account number and personal information.
3. Enter the subscriber’s mailing address.
4. Configure notification settings for the user.
5. Click Submit to save changes.
