The Subscriber Profile
The Subscriber Profile can be accessed through the Subscriber Manager. Use Search to find the subscriber and click their User ID to access their Subscriber Profile. Navigate the profile using the Subscriber Profile links the main navigation.
The Subscriber Profile can be used to configure personal info and notification settings, add accounts and view all payments, documents, and activities associated with the user.

Configuring a Subscriber’s Accounts and Profile
To add an Account associated with a Subscriber:
- Click the Accounts Tab
- Enter the Account Number and click Update
To delete an account associated with a Subscriber:
- Click the Accounts Tab
- If there is only one Account listed follow the previous instructions to add an Account
- Click Delete to delete the desired Account
To modify a Subscriber's Profile information:
- Click the Profile Tab
- Make the required changes to the Profile information
- Click Update

Viewing Past Documents and Payment Information
The Documents and Payments tabs in the Subscriber Manager work exactly the same as the Document and Payment Managers from the Home page except that you will see only documents and payments that apply to the Subscriber you are viewing.

Monitoring Subscriber Activity
To see the subscriber's activity on the Biller Direct Site
- Click Activity
- Select the date range that you want to view
- Select the specific activity you are searching for from the Activity drop-down or leave it at All
- For the Viewed activity click View in the Info column to see the document that was viewed by the subscriber
