How do I find a Subscriber?
In the User Console, the Subscriber Manager is used to manage and add new subscriber accounts. To access the Subscriber Manager, click Subscriber Manager in the main navigation bar.
- To search for a Subscriber, start by entering the Account Number, User ID, email, or Last Name and click Search
- The results will display a list of subscribers and a summary of their information.
- Click the User ID to view the Subscriber Profile for more details.
Tip: Get a Group’s Information
To manage multiple subscribers in a certain subscriber group, set the Subscriber Group search criteria to the group you wish to edit and click search. (The other search criteria are more useful for finding a specific subscriber)
