How do I find a document?

The Document Manager can be used to view, download and distribute documents such as bills and letters. To view your documents, access the Document Manager through the main navigation bar.
  • Select the document type in the Document folder drop-down (e.g. bill, letter)
  • If you would like to search more than one document type check the Multi-Folder Search checkbox
  • Use the search criteria to further target your results.
  • Click Search

iDoxs will return a list of documents that match your search. Once you have located the document you can choose to view it or download it as a PDF by using the links in the Action column. You can also sort the list using the column headings.

Please Note: There is a limit of 1000 records return for your search.

Document List

If you need to work with more than one document, take advantage of the Document List. Learn more about the Document List.

Notes

In the note column, you can also leave a specific note regarding that particular document. Click the note icon and add your message.
