How do I cancel a payment?

To cancel a Scheduled or Authorized payment, search for it in the Payment Manager and click the confirmation code to view Payment Details.

Please note: PINless Debit payments are not able to be cancelled when in the authorized state.
  • Click Cancel Payment in the top right of the page
  • Review the payment information and enter the reason for cancelling the payment
  • Click Submit to cancel
  • You will be shown a confirmation of the cancellation and the updated payment details. 
Please Note: Customers are also able to cancel a payment before it has been sent for processing.
