How do I manage the Cash-Only list?

The Cash-Only list restricts a customer to only make a payment by Credit or Debit Card. This list is used for customers who have a history of non-sufficient funds when paying through their bank account. Since credit and debit cards are processed in real-time, existing funds can be verified immediately.

The Cash-Only list can be found under the Payment Manager.

  • Click the Cash-Only Accounts link to search for an account number or add a new one
  • Click delete beside an existing account number to remove them from the Cash-Only list.
