How do I use the Document List?
If you would like to take action on multiple documents at once you can use the Document List. Each document in your search results will have a checkbox in the first column which is used to gather the documents.
- Check the box next to the required documents or select the very first checkbox at the top to select all.
- Instantly create PDFs and download locally by clicking Download at the top of the list
- Select to Add To List to add the documents to the Document List
Once your documents are on the list you can now, as a group, email or download to PDF.
You can also:
- view the individual documents
- remove specific documents from the list by clicking the "x" to the far right.
