How do I quickly find a locked subscriber?
On the User Console home page, there are quick links to display Locked and Expired accounts and locked secret questions. Click on the title to view the accounts under the respective circumstance.
Locked accounts - Subscribers who have entered the wrong password for their account multiple times and iDoxs has restricted access to protect the account.
Expired accounts - Accounts that the subscribers have not changed their password or have not signed in with a temporary password in the allotted time. For security purposes, subscribers are required to change their password at configured intervals. Temporary passwords expire 24 hours after they have been issued.
Locked Secret Questions - Subscribers who have entered the wrong answer to their secret questions and iDoxs has restricted access to protect the account.
