How do I reset a Subscriber's password?

To reset a subscriber's password:

  • Search and find the subscriber's profile
  • Click the Password tab
  • Enter a new temporary password
  • Click save

This is a temporary password that the CSR must provide to the subscriber. By default, the subscriber is required to sign in with the temporary password within 20 minutes and will need to enter a new password upon entering the temporary password.

Tip: Subscriber's have the ability to reset their own password or retrieve their username using the "Forgot your User Name/Password?" link on the sign-in page.
