How do I modify a Recurring Payment

Recurring Payment profiles must be created by the subscriber, however, the recurring payment can be modified or cancelled in the User Console.

  • Locate the subscriber in the Subscriber Manager and click the User ID
  • Click the Recurring tab
  • To Cancel a Recurring Payment click Cancel in the Action column
  • To Edit a Recurring Payment click Edit in the Action column

 

Please note:  When modifying or adding bank account details (ACH) for a recurring payment (AutoPay) we have provided suggested language below the interface that can be repeated to the customer.  This language ensures your compliant with NACHA guidelines.
